At 21, as a senior studying abroad, Matt had everything stolen while surfing off the coast of Ecuador. With a borrowed suit and a couple hundred dollars to his name, he interviewed with Datatec, S.A. Less than a week later he was made Head of Sales, going on to launch offices in Bogotá, Colombia and Santiago, Chile.
